Bella Forma Pilates Instructors learn from Rael Isacowitz of BASI Pilates

Yesterday several pilates instructors from Bella Forma Pilates spent the day learning from Master Pilates Teacher and Founder of BASI Pilates, Rael Isacowitz.  It is always an honor to learn from a Master and this was extra special as Rael was teaching instructors how to use his latest pilates invention, the Avalon System, seen in the background.  Be on the look-out for the Avalon at BFP soon!  (We promise, you will LOVE it!)
