At Bella Forma Pilates our philosophy is to teach the highest standard of the pilates method and maintain the integrity of what we have learned from numerous pilates master teachers. We teach pilates not only as exercise for the mind, body and spirit but as a way of life, just as Joseph Pilates believed it should be.
